Ice Skating Party Services
Willowbrook Ice Arena is the perfect destination for a loved one’s birthday party. When you book with us, we will provide a two-hour party consisting of
- 1-hour private rental of our Skills Rink (100x55)
- 1-hour private rental of our party room
- Rental skates
- 1 large cheese pizza
- Bottled water in party room
- Plates, napkins and tablecloth
- A limited number of skate walkers for first-time skaters (availability may be restricted based on other rink activities)
We do not rent helmets. We do not provided assistance on the ice or in the party room.
Ice Skating Party Costs & Booking Information
- Cost for a party of 10 skaters is $235 (plus 3% processing fee)
- A $100 deposit is due at booking. Balance is due 21 days out.
- A 50% refund will be given if canceled more than 21 days of the party date. No refunds less than 21 days out. $20 processing fee on all refunds.
- $15 charge for each additional skater above 10
- Parents of party guests who need assistance may get onto the ice for the $3 skate rental fee
- Additional pizzas may be purchased at the renter's cost
- Host may bring in a birthday cake/cupcakes. No other food or drink is allowed
- Each guest must turn in a completed waiver
- Willowbrook recommends a maximum of 20 guests on the rink
- Willowbrook recommends renters come to the rink to view the party room for parties in excess of 15 guests
- Parties may be held most times the Skills Rink is not booked. Check our Daily Calendar for availability. Some restrictions may apply.
